　　傳動形式多，但是阿圖什機械密封的(de)更換工(gong)(gong)作大同小(xiao)異，首先拆前需確認(ren)電(dian)機處于(yu)檢修狀態，擰(ning)下加(jia)油(you)(you)螺塞，用吸管(guan)把(ba)密封座腔內的(de)潤滑油(you)(you)吸出。準備好(hao)放(fang)置泵零件(jian)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作臺及拆裝工(gong)(gong)具，切(qie)勿任意亂放(fang)亂用，避免碰(peng)壞泵的(de)零部(bu)件(jian)。

　　拆對分式聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)：先把聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)固定內六(liu)角(jiao)螺釘擰下(xia)(xia)來(lai)，再輕輕把聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)一(yi)半從軸(zhou)上(shang)慢慢拉下(xia)(xia)，注(zhu)意不(bu)要掉(diao)了，再用(yong)梅花(hua)扳手擰下(xia)(xia)泵軸(zhou)吊緊螺栓和擋(dang)塊，讓(rang)葉輪慢慢下(xia)(xia)沉至泵體，然后拆下(xia)(xia)另外一(yi)半聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，拿下(xia)(xia)泵軸(zhou)擋(dang)圈。

　　拆卸阿圖什機械密封：抓住密封彈簧順著泵軸往上提，就能(neng)拆下來了。

　　拆卸并(bing)清洗軸承(cheng)座(zuo)：先輕輕松(song)動(dong)一下軸承(cheng)座(zuo)后用拆卸螺栓頂起軸承(cheng)座(zuo)，并(bing)且沿(yan)著泵軸往上提而(er)卸下，再用噴氣燃料(liao)清洗軸承(cheng)及座(zuo)，裝前晾干并(bing)涂(tu)抹少許20號機械油用來(lai)潤滑(hua)保護。

　　拆密(mi)(mi)封座(zuo)：擰下密(mi)(mi)封座(zuo)壓緊螺(luo)母，輕輕卸下密(mi)(mi)封座(zuo)并(bing)清洗。

　　阿圖什機械密封裝(zhuang)配：在動、靜環鏡面上(shang)(shang)涂一(yi)層潔凈的20號(hao)潤滑油(you)，導軸承座也抹上(shang)(shang)潤滑油(you)，先把(ba)靜環輕輕定(ding)位裝(zhuang)入導軸承座，再在泵軸上(shang)(shang)抹上(shang)(shang)潤滑油(you)，把(ba)動環部分輕輕裝(zhuang)入泵軸上(shang)(shang)，用手輕推密(mi)封環應(ying)能伸縮(suo)自(zi)如，注意動、靜環部分的防轉(zhuan)部位需裝(zhuang)配到位。

　　裝(zhuang)(zhuang)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)：在電機軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)頭上裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上擋圈(quan)，裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上一(yi)半(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)，再在泵軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)端和(he)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)槽內(nei)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上擋塊并用梅花扳手(shou)擰緊螺栓；再裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上另一(yi)半(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)擰上內(nei)六角螺釘。安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)正確的檢(jian)查要求：對分式聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)上下間隙需要均(jun)勻，用手(shou)盤動聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)幾(ji)圈(quan)檢(jian)查轉(zhuan)動的靈活性。

　　裝(zhuang)密(mi)封座(zuo)：先將密(mi)封座(zuo)裝(zhuang)入橡膠油封，再把密(mi)封座(zuo)裝(zhuang)入泵蓋(gai)(gai)并壓(ya)(ya)(ya)在(zai)軸承座(zuo)上，擰(ning)緊(jin)螺(luo)(luo)母，確(que)保所有安裝(zhuang)螺(luo)(luo)釘(ding)緊(jin)固(gu)。當(dang)安裝(zhuang)螺(luo)(luo)釘(ding)被(bei)用(yong)(yong)作(zuo)密(mi)封與軸之(zhi)間的(de)驅動時(shi)，軸應打埋(mai)頭孔來加固(gu)連接(jie)，緊(jin)固(gu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)螺(luo)(luo)栓時(shi)應該平穩緊(jin)固(gu)，并且(qie)不要使壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)受彈力。在(zai)可能的(de)地方使用(yong)(yong)4個(ge)以上螺(luo)(luo)釘(ding)的(de)等間距壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)，緊(jin)固(gu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)螺(luo)(luo)栓時(shi)，用(yong)(yong)塞尺檢查軸與壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)之(zhi)間的(de)間隙，這在(zai)密(mi)封腔對(dui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)不導向時(shi)，顯得(de)特別重要，因(yin)為(wei)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)必須對(dui)中。
