博樂機械密封利用(yong)(yong)機械方式傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)和運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)，機械傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)在機械工程中應用(yong)(yong)非常廣泛，有(you)多種形式，主要包括皮帶傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、齒(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、鏈傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、蝸桿蝸輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、齒(chi)輪(lun)齒(chi)條傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和螺旋(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等。齒(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能夠用(yong)(yong)于大(da)功(gong)率的(de)(de)場合，傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比準確，但一般要求較高的(de)(de)制造精(jing)度和安(an)裝(zhuang)精(jing)度。還(huan)有(you)一類(lei)是(shi)靠機件間(jian)的(de)(de)摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)力(li)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)和運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)，包括帶傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、繩(sheng)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等。摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)容易實現無(wu)級變速，可以適應軸間(jian)距較大(da)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)場合，而過載打滑(hua)還(huan)能起(qi)到緩沖和保護傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)作用(yong)(yong)，但這種傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)一般不能用(yong)(yong)于大(da)功(gong)率的(de)(de)場合，也不能保證(zheng)準確的(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比。

　　傳動形式多，但是博樂機械密封的(de)更換工作大(da)同小異，首先拆前需確認(ren)電機處于檢修狀(zhuang)態，擰下加油螺(luo)塞，用吸管把密封座腔內的(de)潤滑油吸出。準備好放(fang)置泵(beng)零件(jian)的(de)工作臺及拆裝工具，切(qie)勿任(ren)意亂放(fang)亂用，避免碰壞(huai)泵(beng)的(de)零部件(jian)。

　　拆對分式聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器：先把(ba)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器的固(gu)定內六角螺(luo)釘(ding)擰下來，再(zai)輕(qing)輕(qing)把(ba)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器的一半從(cong)軸(zhou)(zhou)上慢慢拉下，注(zhu)意不要(yao)掉了，再(zai)用梅(mei)花扳(ban)手(shou)擰下泵(beng)軸(zhou)(zhou)吊緊(jin)螺(luo)栓和(he)擋塊，讓葉輪慢慢下沉至泵(beng)體，然后拆下另(ling)外一半聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器，拿下泵(beng)軸(zhou)(zhou)擋圈。

　　拆卸博樂機械密封：抓(zhua)住密封(feng)彈(dan)簧順著泵軸往上(shang)提，就能拆下來了。

　　拆卸并清洗(xi)軸承(cheng)座(zuo)：先輕輕松動一下軸承(cheng)座(zuo)后用(yong)(yong)拆卸螺(luo)栓頂(ding)起軸承(cheng)座(zuo)，并且沿(yan)著泵軸往(wang)上提(ti)而卸下，再用(yong)(yong)噴氣燃料清洗(xi)軸承(cheng)及座(zuo)，裝前晾(liang)干并涂抹少許(xu)20號(hao)機械油用(yong)(yong)來潤滑保護(hu)。

　　拆(chai)密封座：擰下密封座壓緊螺母，輕輕卸下密封座并清洗(xi)。

　　博樂機械密封裝(zhuang)配(pei)：在動(dong)、靜環(huan)鏡面上涂(tu)一(yi)層潔凈的(de)20號潤(run)(run)滑(hua)油，導(dao)軸承座也(ye)抹(mo)(mo)上潤(run)(run)滑(hua)油，先(xian)把靜環(huan)輕輕定位裝(zhuang)入(ru)導(dao)軸承座，再在泵軸上抹(mo)(mo)上潤(run)(run)滑(hua)油，把動(dong)環(huan)部分輕輕裝(zhuang)入(ru)泵軸上，用手輕推密封環(huan)應能伸(shen)縮自如，注意動(dong)、靜環(huan)部分的(de)防轉部位需(xu)裝(zhuang)配(pei)到位。

　　裝聯(lian)(lian)軸器：在(zai)電機(ji)軸頭上(shang)裝上(shang)擋圈，裝上(shang)一(yi)半聯(lian)(lian)軸器，再在(zai)泵軸端和(he)聯(lian)(lian)軸器槽(cao)內裝上(shang)擋塊并用梅花扳手擰緊螺栓；再裝上(shang)另(ling)一(yi)半聯(lian)(lian)軸器擰上(shang)內六角(jiao)螺釘。安裝聯(lian)(lian)軸器正(zheng)確的(de)檢(jian)查要求(qiu)：對分式聯(lian)(lian)軸器上(shang)下間隙需要均勻(yun)，用手盤動(dong)聯(lian)(lian)軸器幾圈檢(jian)查轉動(dong)的(de)靈(ling)活性。

　　裝(zhuang)密封座(zuo)(zuo)：先(xian)將密封座(zuo)(zuo)裝(zhuang)入(ru)橡膠油(you)封，再把密封座(zuo)(zuo)裝(zhuang)入(ru)泵蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)并壓(ya)(ya)在(zai)軸承座(zuo)(zuo)上，擰緊螺(luo)母，確保所有安裝(zhuang)螺(luo)釘緊固(gu)。當(dang)安裝(zhuang)螺(luo)釘被用作密封與軸之(zhi)間的驅動時(shi)，軸應打埋頭孔來(lai)加(jia)固(gu)連接，緊固(gu)壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)螺(luo)栓時(shi)應該平(ping)穩緊固(gu)，并且不要(yao)使壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)受(shou)彈力(li)。在(zai)可能的地方使用4個以(yi)上螺(luo)釘的等(deng)間距(ju)壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)，緊固(gu)壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)螺(luo)栓時(shi)，用塞尺檢查軸與壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)之(zhi)間的間隙，這在(zai)密封腔(qiang)對壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)不導向(xiang)時(shi)，顯得特別重要(yao)，因為壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)必須(xu)對中。
