迪慶機械密封利用(yong)(yong)機(ji)械方(fang)式傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力和(he)(he)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)，機(ji)械傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)在(zai)機(ji)械工程中應(ying)用(yong)(yong)非(fei)常廣(guang)泛，有多種(zhong)形式，主(zhu)要包括(kuo)皮帶傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、齒(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、鏈傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、蝸桿蝸輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、齒(chi)輪(lun)齒(chi)條傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)(he)螺旋傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等。齒(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能夠用(yong)(yong)于大(da)功率(lv)的(de)(de)場合(he)，傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比(bi)準(zhun)確(que)，但一般要求較高(gao)的(de)(de)制造精度(du)和(he)(he)安裝精度(du)。還有一類(lei)是靠機(ji)件間(jian)的(de)(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)力傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力和(he)(he)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)，包括(kuo)帶傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、繩傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)(he)摩(mo)擦(ca)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等。摩(mo)擦(ca)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)容易實現無級變速，可以(yi)適(shi)應(ying)軸間(jian)距較大(da)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)場合(he)，而過載打滑(hua)還能起到緩沖和(he)(he)保護傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置(zhi)的(de)(de)作用(yong)(yong)，但這(zhe)種(zhong)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)一般不能用(yong)(yong)于大(da)功率(lv)的(de)(de)場合(he)，也(ye)不能保證(zheng)準(zhun)確(que)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比(bi)。

　　傳動形式多，但是迪慶機械密封的更換(huan)工(gong)作(zuo)大同小(xiao)異，首先拆前需確(que)認電機處于(yu)檢修狀態(tai)，擰下加油螺塞，用(yong)吸(xi)管(guan)把密(mi)封(feng)座腔內(nei)的潤滑油吸(xi)出(chu)。準備(bei)好放置泵(beng)零(ling)件的工(gong)作(zuo)臺(tai)及拆裝工(gong)具，切(qie)勿任意亂放亂用(yong)，避免碰壞泵(beng)的零(ling)部件。

　　拆對(dui)分(fen)式聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)：先把聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)的(de)固定內六角螺釘擰下(xia)來，再(zai)輕輕把聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)的(de)一半從軸(zhou)上慢(man)慢(man)拉下(xia)，注意不(bu)要掉了，再(zai)用梅花扳手擰下(xia)泵軸(zhou)吊緊螺栓和擋塊，讓葉輪慢(man)慢(man)下(xia)沉至泵體，然后拆下(xia)另(ling)外一半聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)，拿下(xia)泵軸(zhou)擋圈。

　　拆卸迪慶機械密封：抓住(zhu)密封彈簧(huang)順著泵(beng)軸(zhou)往(wang)上提，就能拆(chai)下來了。

　　拆卸并(bing)(bing)清洗軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)：先(xian)輕輕松動一下(xia)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)后用(yong)拆卸螺栓頂起(qi)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)，并(bing)(bing)且沿著泵軸(zhou)往上(shang)提而卸下(xia)，再用(yong)噴氣燃料清洗軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)及座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)，裝(zhuang)前晾干并(bing)(bing)涂(tu)抹少(shao)許20號機械油(you)用(yong)來(lai)潤滑保護。

　　拆(chai)密(mi)封(feng)(feng)座(zuo)(zuo)：擰(ning)下密(mi)封(feng)(feng)座(zuo)(zuo)壓緊螺母(mu)，輕輕卸下密(mi)封(feng)(feng)座(zuo)(zuo)并清洗。

　　迪慶機械密封裝(zhuang)配：在動、靜環鏡面上涂一(yi)層(ceng)潔(jie)凈(jing)的20號潤滑(hua)油，導軸(zhou)承座也(ye)抹上潤滑(hua)油，先把(ba)靜環輕(qing)輕(qing)定(ding)位裝(zhuang)入(ru)導軸(zhou)承座，再在泵軸(zhou)上抹上潤滑(hua)油，把(ba)動環部分輕(qing)輕(qing)裝(zhuang)入(ru)泵軸(zhou)上，用手(shou)輕(qing)推密封(feng)環應能伸(shen)縮自如，注意動、靜環部分的防轉部位需裝(zhuang)配到位。

　　裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)：在(zai)(zai)電(dian)機(ji)軸(zhou)(zhou)頭上裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)上擋(dang)圈(quan)，裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)上一半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)，再在(zai)(zai)泵軸(zhou)(zhou)端(duan)和聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)槽(cao)內裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)上擋(dang)塊并用梅花扳手擰緊螺栓；再裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)上另一半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)擰上內六角螺釘。安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)正確的檢(jian)查要求：對分式聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)上下間隙需要均(jun)勻，用手盤動聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)幾圈(quan)檢(jian)查轉動的靈活性。

　　裝(zhuang)(zhuang)密(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)座：先(xian)將(jiang)密(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)座裝(zhuang)(zhuang)入(ru)(ru)橡膠油封(feng)，再把密(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)座裝(zhuang)(zhuang)入(ru)(ru)泵蓋(gai)(gai)并壓(ya)(ya)(ya)在軸(zhou)承座上，擰緊螺(luo)(luo)母，確(que)保所有安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)螺(luo)(luo)釘緊固(gu)(gu)(gu)。當安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)螺(luo)(luo)釘被(bei)用(yong)作密(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)與(yu)軸(zhou)之間的(de)驅動時(shi)(shi)，軸(zhou)應打埋頭孔來加固(gu)(gu)(gu)連接，緊固(gu)(gu)(gu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)螺(luo)(luo)栓時(shi)(shi)應該平穩(wen)緊固(gu)(gu)(gu)，并且不要(yao)使壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)受彈力。在可能的(de)地方使用(yong)4個以上螺(luo)(luo)釘的(de)等間距壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)，緊固(gu)(gu)(gu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)螺(luo)(luo)栓時(shi)(shi)，用(yong)塞尺(chi)檢查軸(zhou)與(yu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)之間的(de)間隙，這在密(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)腔對壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)不導向時(shi)(shi)，顯(xian)得(de)特(te)別重要(yao)，因為壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)必須對中(zhong)。
