黑水機械密封又叫端面密封,在有關標準中是這樣定義的:由至少一對垂直于旋轉軸線的端面在流體壓力和補償機構彈力的作用以及輔助密封的配合下保持貼合并相對滑動而構成的防止流體泄漏的裝置。帶有平衡罐的自身壓力增壓系統是一種壓力傳遞機構,用于雙端面黑水機械密封,以解決(jue)現有的循環(huan)水泵的部(bu)分揚程(cheng)不(bu)能克(ke)服(fu)系統(tong)的阻力,在循環(huan)泵流量(liang)不(bu)變(bian)的情(qing)況(kuang)下,一旦循環(huan)泵的揚程(cheng)提高(gao)(gao),則循環(huan)泵所配電機功率將大(da)幅提高(gao)(gao),設備(bei)運(yun)行(xing)電費(fei)也隨之增加的問(wen)題。

由于活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)體上(shang)端(duan)的(de)(de)(de)承壓(ya)(ya)(ya)面(mian)積比(bi)活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)體下端(duan)的(de)(de)(de)承壓(ya)(ya)(ya)面(mian)積減(jian)少了一根活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)桿的(de)(de)(de)面(mian)積,因(yin)此,密(mi)封(feng)(feng)油壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)按兩(liang)端(duan)承壓(ya)(ya)(ya)面(mian)積反(fan)比(bi)例地增加,從而保(bao)證密(mi)封(feng)(feng)條件。設計活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)兩(liang)端(duan)承壓(ya)(ya)(ya)面(mian)積之比(bi)時(shi)(shi),應根據所(suo)要(yao)求(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)密(mi)封(feng)(feng)腔(qiang)與(yu)釜內的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)差來計算(suan)。活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)桿上(shang)裝有彈(dan)簧(huang),調(diao)節(jie)彈(dan)簧(huang)的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮量,使彈(dan)簧(huang)力(li)正好(hao)抵消活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)上(shang)O形圈對缸壁的(de)(de)(de)摩擦力(li),以減(jian)少壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差計算(suan)值與(yu)實際(ji)之間的(de)(de)(de)誤差。此外,活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)升降還有指示(shi)平衡(heng)罐中液(ye)位的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)(yong)。當(dang)密(mi)封(feng)(feng)液(ye)漏泄需要(yao)補充時(shi)(shi),可用(yong)(yong)手動(dong)泵加注(zhu)密(mi)封(feng)(feng)液(ye)。在(zai)使用(yong)(yong)時(shi)(shi)需注(zhu)意活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)應經常處(chu)于平衡(heng)罐的(de)(de)(de)下部(bu)位置,使活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)有向(xiang)上(shang)移(yi)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)余地。
