為了不讓泵水通過軸與密封間隙泄漏,由出口冷凝泵或在鹽水中的母管引至密封水。給水泵是一種具有一定溫度、高溫的水通過泵軸或泵體金屬容器用河西機械密封將(jiang)熱量傳給軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng),使軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)溫度升高。為了控制(zhi)傳熱,所以密封的(de)水(shui)也起到(dao)冷卻作用。
河西機械密封直接冷卻就是冷卻液體直接和密封端面接觸達到冷卻的目的。沖洗實際上也是直接冷卻的一種方式,沖洗方式中通過管路連接換熱器將冷卻后的沖洗液引入密封腔進行直接冷卻。還有一種直接冷卻就是在河西機械密封低壓(ya)側(大(da)氣)將清水(shui)(shui)、蒸汽(qi)等冷(leng)卻(que)流(liu)體直接(jie)引(yin)入密(mi)封(feng)端泄(xie)露處的(de)一種冷(leng)卻(que)方式,也稱急冷(leng),急冷(leng)不(bu)僅冷(leng)卻(que)*,還能(neng)將密(mi)封(feng)端面(mian)周圍的(de)雜(za)質及(ji)泄(xie)露液(ye)(ye)帶走(zou),急冷(leng)液(ye)(ye)其壓(ya)力比(bi)密(mi)封(feng)介質壓(ya)力低。急冷(leng)液(ye)(ye)應盡量采(cai)用(yong)軟水(shui)(shui),以防止(zhi)水(shui)(shui)垢產生(sheng)破壞密(mi)封(feng)端面(mian)。當密(mi)封(feng)流(liu)體為易凝固、易結晶(jing)時,可用(yong)蒸汽(qi)、溶劑等防止(zhi)流(liu)體凝結。
