由于活塞體上(shang)(shang)端的承壓(ya)面積比(bi)活塞體下(xia)端的承壓(ya)面積減少(shao)了一根活塞桿(gan)的面積,因此,密(mi)封(feng)(feng)油壓(ya)力按(an)兩(liang)端承壓(ya)面積反比(bi)例地(di)增加(jia),從而保(bao)證密(mi)封(feng)(feng)條件。設計活塞兩(liang)端承壓(ya)面積之比(bi)時,應(ying)根據(ju)所要求的密(mi)封(feng)(feng)腔(qiang)與(yu)釜內的壓(ya)力差(cha)(cha)來計算。活塞桿(gan)上(shang)(shang)裝有彈(dan)簧,調節彈(dan)簧的壓(ya)縮量(liang),使彈(dan)簧力正好抵(di)消活塞上(shang)(shang)O形圈對缸壁的摩(mo)擦力,以減少(shao)壓(ya)差(cha)(cha)計算值(zhi)與(yu)實(shi)際(ji)之間的誤差(cha)(cha)。此外(wai),活塞升(sheng)降還有指示平(ping)衡罐中(zhong)液位的作(zuo)用(yong)。當密(mi)封(feng)(feng)液漏泄需要補充時,可用(yong)手動泵(beng)加(jia)注密(mi)封(feng)(feng)液。在使用(yong)時需注意活塞應(ying)經常處于平(ping)衡罐的下(xia)部位置(zhi),使活塞有向上(shang)(shang)移(yi)動的余地(di)。
