　　傳動形式多，但是琿春機械密封的(de)(de)(de)更(geng)換工作大同(tong)小異(yi)，首(shou)先拆(chai)前需確認電機(ji)處于檢(jian)修狀態，擰下加(jia)油螺塞，用(yong)吸管把密封座腔內的(de)(de)(de)潤滑油吸出(chu)。準備好(hao)放置泵零(ling)件的(de)(de)(de)工作臺(tai)及拆(chai)裝工具，切勿(wu)任(ren)意亂放亂用(yong)，避免(mian)碰壞泵的(de)(de)(de)零(ling)部件。

　　拆(chai)對分式聯軸(zhou)器(qi)：先把聯軸(zhou)器(qi)的固定內(nei)六角螺(luo)釘擰下來(lai)，再輕輕把聯軸(zhou)器(qi)的一半從軸(zhou)上慢(man)慢(man)拉下，注意不要(yao)掉了，再用梅花扳手擰下泵軸(zhou)吊(diao)緊螺(luo)栓和擋(dang)塊，讓葉輪慢(man)慢(man)下沉至泵體，然后(hou)拆(chai)下另外一半聯軸(zhou)器(qi)，拿(na)下泵軸(zhou)擋(dang)圈。

　　拆卸琿春機械密封：抓(zhua)住密封彈簧順著泵軸往上提(ti)，就能拆(chai)下來了。

　　拆卸(xie)并(bing)清(qing)洗(xi)軸承座(zuo)(zuo)：先輕(qing)輕(qing)松動(dong)一下(xia)軸承座(zuo)(zuo)后(hou)用(yong)拆卸(xie)螺栓頂(ding)起軸承座(zuo)(zuo)，并(bing)且沿著泵軸往上提而卸(xie)下(xia)，再用(yong)噴氣燃料清(qing)洗(xi)軸承及座(zuo)(zuo)，裝前晾干(gan)并(bing)涂抹少許(xu)20號(hao)機械油用(yong)來(lai)潤滑保(bao)護。

　　拆密封座：擰下密封座壓緊螺母，輕輕卸(xie)下密封座并清洗。

　　琿春機械密封裝配：在(zai)(zai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、靜環(huan)鏡面(mian)上(shang)(shang)涂一(yi)層潔凈(jing)的20號潤滑油(you)(you)，導軸(zhou)承座也抹上(shang)(shang)潤滑油(you)(you)，先把靜環(huan)輕(qing)輕(qing)定位裝入(ru)導軸(zhou)承座，再(zai)在(zai)(zai)泵(beng)軸(zhou)上(shang)(shang)抹上(shang)(shang)潤滑油(you)(you)，把動(dong)(dong)(dong)環(huan)部分(fen)輕(qing)輕(qing)裝入(ru)泵(beng)軸(zhou)上(shang)(shang)，用(yong)手(shou)輕(qing)推密封(feng)環(huan)應能伸縮自如(ru)，注意動(dong)(dong)(dong)、靜環(huan)部分(fen)的防轉部位需裝配到位。

　　裝(zhuang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)：在(zai)電機軸(zhou)頭(tou)上(shang)裝(zhuang)上(shang)擋圈，裝(zhuang)上(shang)一半(ban)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)，再在(zai)泵軸(zhou)端和聯軸(zhou)器(qi)槽內裝(zhuang)上(shang)擋塊(kuai)并用(yong)梅花扳手(shou)擰緊螺栓；再裝(zhuang)上(shang)另一半(ban)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)擰上(shang)內六(liu)角螺釘。安裝(zhuang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)正(zheng)確的檢查(cha)要求(qiu)：對分式聯軸(zhou)器(qi)上(shang)下間隙(xi)需要均勻，用(yong)手(shou)盤(pan)動聯軸(zhou)器(qi)幾圈檢查(cha)轉動的靈活性。

　　裝(zhuang)(zhuang)密封(feng)座：先將密封(feng)座裝(zhuang)(zhuang)入橡膠油封(feng)，再把密封(feng)座裝(zhuang)(zhuang)入泵蓋(gai)(gai)并壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)在軸(zhou)承座上，擰緊(jin)(jin)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)母(mu)，確保所有安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)釘(ding)緊(jin)(jin)固。當(dang)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)釘(ding)被用作密封(feng)與軸(zhou)之間(jian)(jian)的(de)驅動時(shi)，軸(zhou)應打埋頭孔來加固連接，緊(jin)(jin)固壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)時(shi)應該平穩緊(jin)(jin)固，并且不要使(shi)(shi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)受(shou)彈力。在可能(neng)的(de)地方(fang)使(shi)(shi)用4個(ge)以上螺(luo)(luo)(luo)釘(ding)的(de)等(deng)間(jian)(jian)距壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)，緊(jin)(jin)固壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)時(shi)，用塞尺檢查軸(zhou)與壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)之間(jian)(jian)的(de)間(jian)(jian)隙，這在密封(feng)腔對壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)不導向(xiang)時(shi)，顯得特別重要，因為壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)必(bi)須對中。
