為了不讓泵水通過軸與密封間隙泄漏,由出口冷凝泵或在鹽水中的母管引至密封水。給水泵是一種具有一定溫度、高溫的水通過泵軸或泵體金屬容器用岢嵐機械密封將熱(re)量傳(chuan)給(gei)軸承(cheng),使軸承(cheng)溫度(du)升高。為了控制(zhi)傳(chuan)熱(re),所(suo)以密(mi)封的(de)水也起到(dao)冷卻作(zuo)用。
岢嵐機械密封直接冷卻就是冷卻液體直接和密封端面接觸達到冷卻的目的。沖洗實際上也是直接冷卻的一種方式,沖洗方式中通過管路連接換熱器將冷卻后的沖洗液引入密封腔進行直接冷卻。還有一種直接冷卻就是在岢嵐機械密封低(di)壓側(大氣(qi))將(jiang)清水、蒸(zheng)汽等冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻流(liu)體直(zhi)接引入(ru)密(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)端泄(xie)露(lu)處的一(yi)種冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻方式,也稱急(ji)(ji)(ji)冷(leng)(leng)(leng),急(ji)(ji)(ji)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)不(bu)僅冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻*,還(huan)能將(jiang)密(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)端面周(zhou)圍(wei)的雜質及泄(xie)露(lu)液(ye)帶走,急(ji)(ji)(ji)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)液(ye)其壓力比(bi)密(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)介(jie)質壓力低(di)。急(ji)(ji)(ji)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)液(ye)應盡(jin)量采用軟水,以防止水垢產(chan)生破壞(huai)密(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)端面。當密(mi)(mi)(mi)封(feng)流(liu)體為易凝固、易結晶時,可(ke)用蒸(zheng)汽、溶劑(ji)等防止流(liu)體凝結。
