為了不讓泵水通過軸與密封間隙泄漏,由出口冷凝泵或在鹽水中的母管引至密封水。給水泵是一種具有一定溫度、高溫的水通過泵軸或泵體金屬容器用麻涌鎮機械密封將熱量傳(chuan)給軸承(cheng),使軸承(cheng)溫度升(sheng)高(gao)。為(wei)了控(kong)制傳(chuan)熱,所以密(mi)封的水也起到冷(leng)卻作用(yong)。
麻涌鎮機械密封直接冷卻就是冷卻液體直接和密封端面接觸達到冷卻的目的。沖洗實際上也是直接冷卻的一種方式,沖洗方式中通過管路連接換熱器將冷卻后的沖洗液引入密封腔進行直接冷卻。還有一種直接冷卻就是在麻涌鎮機械密封低壓(ya)側(大氣)將清水、蒸(zheng)汽等(deng)(deng)冷(leng)卻(que)流(liu)體直接引入(ru)密封(feng)端泄露處(chu)的一種(zhong)冷(leng)卻(que)方式,也稱急冷(leng),急冷(leng)不(bu)僅冷(leng)卻(que)*,還能(neng)將密封(feng)端面(mian)周圍(wei)的雜質及泄露液(ye)帶走,急冷(leng)液(ye)其壓(ya)力比密封(feng)介質壓(ya)力低。急冷(leng)液(ye)應盡量采(cai)用軟水,以防止水垢產生破壞(huai)密封(feng)端面(mian)。當密封(feng)流(liu)體為易凝固、易結晶時(shi),可用蒸(zheng)汽、溶劑(ji)等(deng)(deng)防止流(liu)體凝結。
