為了不讓泵水通過軸與密封間隙泄漏,由出口冷凝泵或在鹽水中的母管引至密封水。給水泵是一種具有一定溫度、高溫的水通過泵軸或泵體金屬容器用南川機械密封將熱量傳(chuan)給(gei)軸承,使(shi)軸承溫度升高。為了控制傳(chuan)熱,所(suo)以(yi)密封(feng)的水(shui)也起到(dao)冷卻作用。
南川機械密封直接冷卻就是冷卻液體直接和密封端面接觸達到冷卻的目的。沖洗實際上也是直接冷卻的一種方式,沖洗方式中通過管路連接換熱器將冷卻后的沖洗液引入密封腔進行直接冷卻。還有一種直接冷卻就是在南川機械密封低壓側(ce)(大氣)將(jiang)清水(shui)、蒸(zheng)汽等冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻流(liu)(liu)體(ti)直(zhi)接(jie)引入密封(feng)(feng)(feng)端(duan)泄露處的一(yi)種冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻方式,也稱急冷(leng)(leng)(leng),急冷(leng)(leng)(leng)不僅冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻*,還能(neng)將(jiang)密封(feng)(feng)(feng)端(duan)面周圍的雜質(zhi)及泄露液帶走,急冷(leng)(leng)(leng)液其壓力比密封(feng)(feng)(feng)介質(zhi)壓力低。急冷(leng)(leng)(leng)液應盡量采(cai)用(yong)(yong)軟水(shui),以(yi)防(fang)止水(shui)垢產(chan)生破壞密封(feng)(feng)(feng)端(duan)面。當密封(feng)(feng)(feng)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)為易凝固、易結(jie)晶時(shi),可用(yong)(yong)蒸(zheng)汽、溶劑等防(fang)止流(liu)(liu)體(ti)凝結(jie)。
