　　傳動形式多，但是潤州機械密封的更換工作大(da)同(tong)小異，首先拆前需(xu)確認電機(ji)處于檢修狀態，擰下加油螺塞(sai)，用吸管把密封座腔內的潤滑(hua)油吸出(chu)。準備(bei)好放(fang)置泵零件的工作臺及拆裝(zhuang)工具，切勿任意亂(luan)放(fang)亂(luan)用，避免碰壞泵的零部件。

　　拆對分式聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)：先把(ba)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)固定內(nei)六角(jiao)螺釘擰下(xia)來，再(zai)輕(qing)輕(qing)把(ba)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)一半從(cong)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上慢(man)慢(man)拉下(xia)，注意不要(yao)掉(diao)了，再(zai)用(yong)梅花扳手擰下(xia)泵軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)吊緊螺栓和擋塊，讓葉輪慢(man)慢(man)下(xia)沉(chen)至泵體(ti)，然后(hou)拆下(xia)另外一半聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，拿(na)下(xia)泵軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)擋圈(quan)。

　　拆卸潤州機械密封：抓住密封彈(dan)簧順(shun)著泵(beng)軸往(wang)上提，就能(neng)拆下(xia)來了(le)。

　　拆(chai)卸(xie)(xie)并(bing)清洗軸(zhou)承(cheng)座：先輕(qing)輕(qing)松動一(yi)下軸(zhou)承(cheng)座后(hou)用拆(chai)卸(xie)(xie)螺栓頂起軸(zhou)承(cheng)座，并(bing)且沿著泵軸(zhou)往上(shang)提而卸(xie)(xie)下，再用噴氣(qi)燃(ran)料清洗軸(zhou)承(cheng)及座，裝前晾(liang)干(gan)并(bing)涂抹少許20號(hao)機械油用來(lai)潤滑保護。

　　拆密(mi)(mi)封座(zuo)：擰下(xia)密(mi)(mi)封座(zuo)壓(ya)緊螺母，輕輕卸下(xia)密(mi)(mi)封座(zuo)并清(qing)洗。

　　潤州機械密封裝配：在動(dong)、靜環(huan)鏡面上涂一層潔凈的(de)20號潤(run)滑油(you)，導軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)座(zuo)也(ye)抹(mo)上潤(run)滑油(you)，先把靜環(huan)輕(qing)(qing)輕(qing)(qing)定位裝入(ru)導軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)座(zuo)，再(zai)在泵軸(zhou)(zhou)上抹(mo)上潤(run)滑油(you)，把動(dong)環(huan)部(bu)分輕(qing)(qing)輕(qing)(qing)裝入(ru)泵軸(zhou)(zhou)上，用手輕(qing)(qing)推密封環(huan)應能伸縮自如(ru)，注意動(dong)、靜環(huan)部(bu)分的(de)防(fang)轉(zhuan)部(bu)位需裝配到位。

　　裝聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)：在電(dian)機(ji)軸(zhou)頭上裝上擋(dang)(dang)圈，裝上一(yi)半(ban)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)，再(zai)在泵軸(zhou)端和聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)槽內裝上擋(dang)(dang)塊并用梅(mei)花扳手(shou)擰(ning)緊螺栓；再(zai)裝上另一(yi)半(ban)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)擰(ning)上內六角螺釘。安裝聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)正確的檢查要求：對分(fen)式聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)上下(xia)間(jian)隙(xi)需要均勻，用手(shou)盤(pan)動(dong)(dong)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)幾圈檢查轉動(dong)(dong)的靈活性。

　　裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)密封座：先將密封座裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)入(ru)橡膠油(you)封，再把密封座裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)入(ru)泵蓋(gai)(gai)并壓在(zai)(zai)軸承(cheng)座上(shang)，擰(ning)緊(jin)(jin)螺(luo)母，確(que)保所有安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)螺(luo)釘緊(jin)(jin)固(gu)(gu)。當安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)螺(luo)釘被用(yong)作(zuo)密封與軸之間(jian)的驅動時，軸應(ying)打埋頭孔來加固(gu)(gu)連接，緊(jin)(jin)固(gu)(gu)壓蓋(gai)(gai)螺(luo)栓(shuan)時應(ying)該平穩緊(jin)(jin)固(gu)(gu)，并且不要使(shi)壓蓋(gai)(gai)受彈力(li)。在(zai)(zai)可(ke)能的地方使(shi)用(yong)4個(ge)以上(shang)螺(luo)釘的等間(jian)距壓蓋(gai)(gai)，緊(jin)(jin)固(gu)(gu)壓蓋(gai)(gai)螺(luo)栓(shuan)時，用(yong)塞尺檢查軸與壓蓋(gai)(gai)之間(jian)的間(jian)隙，這在(zai)(zai)密封腔對(dui)壓蓋(gai)(gai)不導向(xiang)時，顯得特別重要，因為壓蓋(gai)(gai)必(bi)須對(dui)中。
