　　傳動形式多，但是什玲鎮機械密封的(de)(de)更(geng)換工(gong)作大同小異(yi)，首先拆(chai)前需確認電機處于(yu)檢修狀(zhuang)態(tai)，擰(ning)下加油(you)螺塞，用吸管把密封(feng)座腔內的(de)(de)潤滑油(you)吸出(chu)。準備好放置泵(beng)零件的(de)(de)工(gong)作臺及拆(chai)裝(zhuang)工(gong)具，切勿任意亂(luan)放亂(luan)用，避(bi)免(mian)碰壞泵(beng)的(de)(de)零部(bu)件。

　　拆(chai)對(dui)分式(shi)聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)：先把(ba)聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)的(de)固定內六角(jiao)螺釘擰(ning)下來，再輕輕把(ba)聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)的(de)一(yi)半從軸上慢慢拉下，注意不(bu)要掉了，再用梅花扳手(shou)擰(ning)下泵軸吊緊螺栓和擋塊，讓葉輪慢慢下沉至泵體，然后拆(chai)下另(ling)外一(yi)半聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)，拿下泵軸擋圈。

　　拆卸什玲鎮機械密封：抓住密封(feng)彈簧順(shun)著(zhu)泵軸往上提，就能拆下來了。

　　拆卸(xie)并(bing)(bing)清洗(xi)軸(zhou)承(cheng)座(zuo)：先輕輕松動一下(xia)軸(zhou)承(cheng)座(zuo)后用拆卸(xie)螺栓頂(ding)起軸(zhou)承(cheng)座(zuo)，并(bing)(bing)且(qie)沿著泵軸(zhou)往上提而卸(xie)下(xia)，再用噴氣燃(ran)料(liao)清洗(xi)軸(zhou)承(cheng)及座(zuo)，裝前晾干并(bing)(bing)涂抹少許20號(hao)機械油用來潤(run)滑保護。

　　拆(chai)密封(feng)座(zuo)：擰下(xia)密封(feng)座(zuo)壓緊螺母，輕(qing)輕(qing)卸下(xia)密封(feng)座(zuo)并清(qing)洗。

　　什玲鎮機械密封裝配(pei)：在動(dong)、靜環(huan)鏡(jing)面上(shang)涂(tu)一層(ceng)潔(jie)凈的20號潤滑油(you)(you)，導軸承(cheng)座(zuo)也抹(mo)(mo)上(shang)潤滑油(you)(you)，先把靜環(huan)輕(qing)輕(qing)定位(wei)(wei)裝入導軸承(cheng)座(zuo)，再在泵軸上(shang)抹(mo)(mo)上(shang)潤滑油(you)(you)，把動(dong)環(huan)部分(fen)輕(qing)輕(qing)裝入泵軸上(shang)，用手輕(qing)推密封(feng)環(huan)應能伸縮自如，注(zhu)意動(dong)、靜環(huan)部分(fen)的防轉部位(wei)(wei)需裝配(pei)到位(wei)(wei)。

　　裝(zhuang)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器：在電機(ji)軸(zhou)頭上(shang)裝(zhuang)上(shang)擋(dang)圈，裝(zhuang)上(shang)一(yi)半聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器，再在泵軸(zhou)端和聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器槽內裝(zhuang)上(shang)擋(dang)塊(kuai)并(bing)用(yong)(yong)梅花扳手(shou)擰緊螺栓；再裝(zhuang)上(shang)另一(yi)半聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器擰上(shang)內六角螺釘。安(an)裝(zhuang)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器正確的檢查要(yao)求：對分(fen)式聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器上(shang)下(xia)間隙(xi)需要(yao)均(jun)勻，用(yong)(yong)手(shou)盤動聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器幾圈檢查轉動的靈(ling)活(huo)性。

　　裝密封座：先(xian)將密封座裝入(ru)橡膠油封，再把密封座裝入(ru)泵(beng)蓋(gai)并(bing)壓(ya)(ya)在(zai)軸承座上，擰緊(jin)螺母(mu)，確保所有安(an)裝螺釘緊(jin)固。當(dang)安(an)裝螺釘被用(yong)作(zuo)密封與軸之間的驅(qu)動(dong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)，軸應打埋頭孔來(lai)加固連(lian)接，緊(jin)固壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)螺栓(shuan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)應該平(ping)穩緊(jin)固，并(bing)且不要使壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)受(shou)彈力(li)。在(zai)可能的地方使用(yong)4個以上螺釘的等(deng)間距壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)，緊(jin)固壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)螺栓(shuan)時(shi)(shi)(shi)，用(yong)塞尺檢查軸與壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)之間的間隙，這(zhe)在(zai)密封腔對壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)不導向時(shi)(shi)(shi)，顯得(de)特別(bie)重要，因為壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)必(bi)須對中。
