疏勒機械密封又叫端面密封,在有關標準中是這樣定義的:由至少一對垂直于旋轉軸線的端面在流體壓力和補償機構彈力的作用以及輔助密封的配合下保持貼合并相對滑動而構成的防止流體泄漏的裝置。帶有平衡罐的自身壓力增壓系統是一種壓力傳遞機構,用于雙端面疏勒機械密封,以解決(jue)現有的循(xun)環水泵的部(bu)分揚(yang)程不能克服系統的阻力,在循(xun)環泵流量不變(bian)的情況下,一旦循(xun)環泵的揚(yang)程提(ti)高,則循(xun)環泵所配電(dian)機功率將(jiang)大幅提(ti)高,設備運(yun)行(xing)電(dian)費也(ye)隨之(zhi)增加的問題。

由于活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)(sai)體上(shang)(shang)端的承(cheng)(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)面(mian)積(ji)比活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)(sai)體下端的承(cheng)(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)面(mian)積(ji)減少(shao)了一根活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)(sai)桿的面(mian)積(ji),因此(ci)(ci),密(mi)封(feng)油壓(ya)(ya)力按兩端承(cheng)(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)面(mian)積(ji)反比例地(di)(di)增加,從而保證密(mi)封(feng)條件。設(she)計(ji)活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)(sai)兩端承(cheng)(cheng)壓(ya)(ya)面(mian)積(ji)之比時,應(ying)根據所要(yao)求的密(mi)封(feng)腔與釜內的壓(ya)(ya)力差(cha)來(lai)計(ji)算(suan)。活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)(sai)桿上(shang)(shang)裝有(you)彈(dan)簧,調節(jie)彈(dan)簧的壓(ya)(ya)縮量,使(shi)彈(dan)簧力正好(hao)抵(di)消活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)(sai)上(shang)(shang)O形圈對(dui)缸壁的摩(mo)擦力,以(yi)減少(shao)壓(ya)(ya)差(cha)計(ji)算(suan)值與實際(ji)之間的誤差(cha)。此(ci)(ci)外,活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)(sai)升(sheng)降還有(you)指示平衡罐(guan)中液位(wei)的作(zuo)用。當密(mi)封(feng)液漏泄需要(yao)補充時,可用手動(dong)泵加注(zhu)密(mi)封(feng)液。在(zai)使(shi)用時需注(zhu)意活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)(sai)應(ying)經常(chang)處(chu)于平衡罐(guan)的下部位(wei)置,使(shi)活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)(sai)有(you)向上(shang)(shang)移動(dong)的余地(di)(di)。
