為了不讓泵水通過軸與密封間隙泄漏,由出口冷凝泵或在鹽水中的母管引至密封水。給水泵是一種具有一定溫度、高溫的水通過泵軸或泵體金屬容器用泰安機械密封將熱量傳(chuan)(chuan)給軸承,使(shi)軸承溫度升(sheng)高。為了(le)控制傳(chuan)(chuan)熱,所以密封的水(shui)也起到冷卻作用。
泰安機械密封直接冷卻就是冷卻液體直接和密封端面接觸達到冷卻的目的。沖洗實際上也是直接冷卻的一種方式,沖洗方式中通過管路連接換熱器將冷卻后的沖洗液引入密封腔進行直接冷卻。還有一種直接冷卻就是在泰安機械密封低(di)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(大氣(qi))將(jiang)清水(shui)、蒸(zheng)汽(qi)等冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻流(liu)體直接引(yin)入密(mi)(mi)(mi)封端(duan)泄露處的一種冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻方式,也稱急(ji)(ji)冷(leng)(leng)(leng),急(ji)(ji)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)不僅冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻*,還(huan)能將(jiang)密(mi)(mi)(mi)封端(duan)面(mian)周圍(wei)的雜質(zhi)及泄露液(ye)帶走,急(ji)(ji)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)液(ye)其壓(ya)(ya)力比密(mi)(mi)(mi)封介質(zhi)壓(ya)(ya)力低(di)。急(ji)(ji)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)液(ye)應盡量采用軟水(shui),以(yi)防(fang)止水(shui)垢(gou)產生(sheng)破壞密(mi)(mi)(mi)封端(duan)面(mian)。當密(mi)(mi)(mi)封流(liu)體為(wei)易凝固、易結晶時,可(ke)用蒸(zheng)汽(qi)、溶劑等防(fang)止流(liu)體凝結。
