在研磨過程中,閥門制造的密封面是一個常用的整理方法,可以使通河機械密封摩擦端面尺(chi)寸精(jing)度(du)提(ti)高(gao),閥門(men)的密(mi)封(feng)面,幾何粗糙(cao)度(du)和表面粗糙(cao)度(du),但不能提(ti)高(gao)密(mi)封(feng)表面的相互(hu)位置精(jing)度(du)。

為了不讓泵水通過軸與密封間隙泄漏,由出口冷凝泵或在鹽水中的母管引至密封水。給水泵是一種具有一定溫度、高溫的水通過泵軸或泵體金屬容器用通河機械密封將熱量傳給軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng),使(shi)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)溫度升(sheng)高。為(wei)了控制傳熱,所以密封的(de)水也(ye)起到(dao)冷卻作用。
通河機械密封直接冷卻就是冷卻液體直接和密封端面接觸達到冷卻的目的。沖洗實際上也是直接冷卻的一種方式,沖洗方式中通過管路連接換熱器將冷卻后的沖洗液引入密封腔進行直接冷卻。還有一種直接冷卻就是在通河機械密封低壓側(大(da)氣(qi))將(jiang)清(qing)水(shui)(shui)(shui)、蒸(zheng)汽(qi)等冷卻流(liu)(liu)體(ti)直接(jie)引入(ru)密(mi)(mi)封(feng)端泄露(lu)處的(de)一(yi)種(zhong)冷卻方式,也(ye)稱急(ji)冷,急(ji)冷不僅冷卻*,還(huan)能將(jiang)密(mi)(mi)封(feng)端面周圍的(de)雜質(zhi)及泄露(lu)液帶走,急(ji)冷液其壓力比密(mi)(mi)封(feng)介質(zhi)壓力低。急(ji)冷液應盡量采用(yong)軟水(shui)(shui)(shui),以防(fang)止水(shui)(shui)(shui)垢產生破壞(huai)密(mi)(mi)封(feng)端面。當密(mi)(mi)封(feng)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)為(wei)易凝固、易結晶(jing)時,可用(yong)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)、溶劑等防(fang)止流(liu)(liu)體(ti)凝結。
