　　傳動形式多，但是托喀依鄉機械密封的(de)更換工(gong)作大同小異，首先拆前需確認(ren)電(dian)機處于檢修狀(zhuang)態，擰下加(jia)油螺塞(sai)，用吸管把密封座腔內的(de)潤滑油吸出。準備好(hao)放(fang)置(zhi)泵零件的(de)工(gong)作臺(tai)及拆裝(zhuang)工(gong)具(ju)，切勿(wu)任(ren)意亂放(fang)亂用，避(bi)免碰(peng)壞泵的(de)零部件。

　　拆對分(fen)式聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器：先把(ba)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)固定內六角(jiao)螺釘擰(ning)下來，再輕(qing)輕(qing)把(ba)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器的(de)一半從軸(zhou)(zhou)上慢(man)(man)慢(man)(man)拉下，注意不要掉了，再用梅花扳(ban)手擰(ning)下泵軸(zhou)(zhou)吊緊螺栓和擋(dang)塊，讓葉輪慢(man)(man)慢(man)(man)下沉至泵體，然后(hou)拆下另外一半聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器，拿下泵軸(zhou)(zhou)擋(dang)圈。

　　拆卸托喀依鄉機械密封：抓住(zhu)密(mi)封彈簧(huang)順著泵軸往上提，就能拆(chai)下來了(le)。

　　拆(chai)卸并(bing)清(qing)洗軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座：先(xian)輕(qing)輕(qing)松動一下軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座后用(yong)拆(chai)卸螺(luo)栓頂起軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座，并(bing)且沿著泵軸(zhou)往(wang)上提而卸下，再用(yong)噴(pen)氣燃料清(qing)洗軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)及(ji)座，裝前(qian)晾干(gan)并(bing)涂抹少許20號機(ji)械(xie)油用(yong)來潤滑保護。

　　拆密封(feng)(feng)座：擰下(xia)(xia)密封(feng)(feng)座壓緊螺母(mu)，輕(qing)(qing)輕(qing)(qing)卸(xie)下(xia)(xia)密封(feng)(feng)座并清洗。

　　托喀依鄉機械密封裝(zhuang)配：在(zai)動、靜環鏡面上涂一層潔(jie)凈的20號(hao)潤(run)滑油(you)，導軸承座(zuo)也抹(mo)上潤(run)滑油(you)，先把靜環輕(qing)輕(qing)定位(wei)裝(zhuang)入導軸承座(zuo)，再在(zai)泵軸上抹(mo)上潤(run)滑油(you)，把動環部分輕(qing)輕(qing)裝(zhuang)入泵軸上，用手輕(qing)推(tui)密封環應能伸縮自如，注意動、靜環部分的防(fang)轉部位(wei)需裝(zhuang)配到位(wei)。

　　裝聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)：在電機(ji)軸頭上(shang)裝上(shang)擋(dang)圈，裝上(shang)一半聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)，再在泵軸端和聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)槽(cao)內(nei)(nei)裝上(shang)擋(dang)塊(kuai)并用梅花扳手擰(ning)緊螺栓；再裝上(shang)另一半聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)擰(ning)上(shang)內(nei)(nei)六角螺釘(ding)。安裝聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)正(zheng)確(que)的檢查要(yao)求：對分式聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)上(shang)下間隙需要(yao)均勻，用手盤動聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)幾圈檢查轉動的靈活性。

　　裝(zhuang)密(mi)封(feng)座：先將密(mi)封(feng)座裝(zhuang)入橡膠油封(feng)，再把密(mi)封(feng)座裝(zhuang)入泵蓋(gai)(gai)并壓(ya)(ya)在軸(zhou)承(cheng)座上，擰緊(jin)螺母，確保所有安裝(zhuang)螺釘(ding)緊(jin)固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)。當安裝(zhuang)螺釘(ding)被用作密(mi)封(feng)與(yu)軸(zhou)之間的(de)驅動時(shi)，軸(zhou)應打埋頭孔(kong)來(lai)加固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)連接，緊(jin)固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)螺栓時(shi)應該平穩緊(jin)固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)，并且不(bu)要使壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)受(shou)彈力。在可能(neng)的(de)地方使用4個(ge)以上螺釘(ding)的(de)等(deng)間距壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)，緊(jin)固(gu)(gu)(gu)(gu)壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)螺栓時(shi)，用塞尺檢查軸(zhou)與(yu)壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)之間的(de)間隙，這在密(mi)封(feng)腔對(dui)壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)不(bu)導向時(shi)，顯(xian)得特別重(zhong)要，因為壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)必須對(dui)中(zhong)。
