　　傳動形式多，但是武侯機械密封的(de)(de)(de)更換工作大同小(xiao)異，首先拆前需(xu)確認電機(ji)處于(yu)檢修狀態，擰下加油(you)螺塞，用吸管把密(mi)封座腔內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)潤滑油(you)吸出。準(zhun)備好放置泵(beng)零(ling)件的(de)(de)(de)工作臺及拆裝工具，切勿(wu)任意亂放亂用，避免碰壞泵(beng)的(de)(de)(de)零(ling)部件。

　　拆對分(fen)式聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)：先把聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)固定內六角螺釘擰下(xia)來，再輕輕把聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)一(yi)半從軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上慢慢拉下(xia)，注意不(bu)要掉(diao)了，再用梅花扳(ban)手擰下(xia)泵軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)吊緊螺栓和(he)擋(dang)塊，讓葉輪慢慢下(xia)沉至泵體，然后拆下(xia)另(ling)外一(yi)半聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)，拿下(xia)泵軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)擋(dang)圈。

　　拆卸武侯機械密封：抓住(zhu)密封彈(dan)簧順著泵軸(zhou)往(wang)上(shang)提，就能拆下來了(le)。

　　拆(chai)卸并(bing)清(qing)洗軸(zhou)承(cheng)座(zuo)(zuo)：先輕輕松動一下軸(zhou)承(cheng)座(zuo)(zuo)后用拆(chai)卸螺栓頂(ding)起軸(zhou)承(cheng)座(zuo)(zuo)，并(bing)且(qie)沿著泵軸(zhou)往上提而卸下，再用噴氣燃料清(qing)洗軸(zhou)承(cheng)及座(zuo)(zuo)，裝前晾干并(bing)涂抹少(shao)許20號機械油用來潤滑保護。

　　拆密(mi)(mi)封(feng)(feng)座：擰下(xia)密(mi)(mi)封(feng)(feng)座壓緊螺母，輕輕卸下(xia)密(mi)(mi)封(feng)(feng)座并(bing)清(qing)洗。

　　武侯機械密封裝(zhuang)配：在(zai)動(dong)、靜環(huan)(huan)鏡面上(shang)(shang)涂一層潔凈的20號(hao)潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)，導軸承(cheng)座也抹上(shang)(shang)潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)，先把靜環(huan)(huan)輕(qing)輕(qing)定位(wei)裝(zhuang)入導軸承(cheng)座，再在(zai)泵軸上(shang)(shang)抹上(shang)(shang)潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)，把動(dong)環(huan)(huan)部分輕(qing)輕(qing)裝(zhuang)入泵軸上(shang)(shang)，用手輕(qing)推密封環(huan)(huan)應能伸(shen)縮自如(ru)，注意動(dong)、靜環(huan)(huan)部分的防轉(zhuan)部位(wei)需裝(zhuang)配到(dao)位(wei)。

　　裝(zhuang)(zhuang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)：在電機軸(zhou)頭上裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上擋圈，裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上一半聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)，再在泵軸(zhou)端和聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)槽內(nei)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上擋塊(kuai)并用(yong)梅花扳手擰緊(jin)螺栓(shuan)；再裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上另一半聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)擰上內(nei)六角螺釘。安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)正確(que)的檢查要求：對分(fen)式聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)上下間隙需(xu)要均勻，用(yong)手盤動聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)幾圈檢查轉(zhuan)動的靈活性(xing)。

　　裝(zhuang)密(mi)(mi)封(feng)(feng)座(zuo)：先將密(mi)(mi)封(feng)(feng)座(zuo)裝(zhuang)入橡膠油封(feng)(feng)，再把密(mi)(mi)封(feng)(feng)座(zuo)裝(zhuang)入泵蓋(gai)并壓(ya)在軸(zhou)承座(zuo)上，擰緊(jin)(jin)(jin)螺母，確保所有安裝(zhuang)螺釘緊(jin)(jin)(jin)固。當安裝(zhuang)螺釘被用作密(mi)(mi)封(feng)(feng)與軸(zhou)之(zhi)間的(de)驅動時，軸(zhou)應打埋頭孔(kong)來加固連接，緊(jin)(jin)(jin)固壓(ya)蓋(gai)螺栓時應該(gai)平穩緊(jin)(jin)(jin)固，并且不要使(shi)壓(ya)蓋(gai)受彈(dan)力(li)。在可(ke)能(neng)的(de)地方使(shi)用4個(ge)以(yi)上螺釘的(de)等間距壓(ya)蓋(gai)，緊(jin)(jin)(jin)固壓(ya)蓋(gai)螺栓時，用塞尺檢查軸(zhou)與壓(ya)蓋(gai)之(zhi)間的(de)間隙，這(zhe)在密(mi)(mi)封(feng)(feng)腔對壓(ya)蓋(gai)不導向時，顯得(de)特別(bie)重要，因(yin)為壓(ya)蓋(gai)必(bi)須對中(zhong)。
