為了不讓泵水通過軸與密封間隙泄漏,由出口冷凝泵或在鹽水中的母管引至密封水。給水泵是一種具有一定溫度、高溫的水通過泵軸或泵體金屬容器用五湖漁場機械密封將(jiang)熱量傳(chuan)給軸(zhou)承(cheng),使軸(zhou)承(cheng)溫度升高(gao)。為了控制傳(chuan)熱,所以密封的水(shui)也起到冷卻作用。
五湖漁場機械密封直接冷卻就是冷卻液體直接和密封端面接觸達到冷卻的目的。沖洗實際上也是直接冷卻的一種方式,沖洗方式中通過管路連接換熱器將冷卻后的沖洗液引入密封腔進行直接冷卻。還有一種直接冷卻就是在五湖漁場機械密封低壓側(大氣)將(jiang)清水、蒸汽等(deng)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)流(liu)體(ti)直接引入密封端(duan)泄露(lu)處(chu)的(de)一種冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)方式,也稱急(ji)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng),急(ji)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)不僅冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)*,還能將(jiang)密封端(duan)面周圍(wei)的(de)雜質及泄露(lu)液帶走,急(ji)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)液其壓力比密封介(jie)質壓力低。急(ji)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)液應(ying)盡量采(cai)用軟(ruan)水,以防止(zhi)水垢產生破壞密封端(duan)面。當密封流(liu)體(ti)為易(yi)(yi)凝固、易(yi)(yi)結(jie)晶時,可用蒸汽、溶(rong)劑等(deng)防止(zhi)流(liu)體(ti)凝結(jie)。
