吳興機械密封利(li)用(yong)機(ji)械(xie)方(fang)式(shi)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)和(he)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)，機(ji)械(xie)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)在機(ji)械(xie)工程中應用(yong)非常(chang)廣泛，有(you)多種(zhong)(zhong)形式(shi)，主要(yao)包括皮帶(dai)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、齒(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、鏈傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、蝸桿蝸輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、齒(chi)輪(lun)齒(chi)條傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)螺旋傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等。齒(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能夠(gou)用(yong)于(yu)(yu)大(da)功(gong)率的(de)(de)(de)場(chang)合，傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比準確(que)，但一(yi)般要(yao)求較(jiao)高的(de)(de)(de)制造精(jing)度(du)和(he)安裝(zhuang)精(jing)度(du)。還(huan)有(you)一(yi)類(lei)是靠(kao)機(ji)件(jian)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)力(li)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)和(he)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)，包括帶(dai)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、繩傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等。摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)容易(yi)實現無(wu)級變(bian)速，可以適應軸(zhou)間(jian)距較(jiao)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)場(chang)合，而過(guo)載打滑還(huan)能起到(dao)緩沖和(he)保(bao)護(hu)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)置的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)，但這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)一(yi)般不能用(yong)于(yu)(yu)大(da)功(gong)率的(de)(de)(de)場(chang)合，也不能保(bao)證準確(que)的(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比。

　　傳動形式多，但是吳興機械密封的(de)更換工(gong)作大同小異，首先拆前需確認電機處于檢修狀態，擰下加油(you)螺塞，用(yong)吸(xi)管把(ba)密(mi)封座腔內的(de)潤滑油(you)吸(xi)出(chu)。準備好放(fang)置泵零(ling)件的(de)工(gong)作臺及拆裝(zhuang)工(gong)具，切勿(wu)任意(yi)亂(luan)(luan)放(fang)亂(luan)(luan)用(yong)，避免碰壞泵的(de)零(ling)部件。

　　拆對(dui)分式聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)：先(xian)把(ba)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的固定內六角螺釘擰下(xia)來，再輕(qing)(qing)輕(qing)(qing)把(ba)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的一(yi)半(ban)從軸(zhou)上慢(man)慢(man)拉下(xia)，注意不要掉了，再用梅花扳手擰下(xia)泵(beng)軸(zhou)吊緊螺栓和擋(dang)塊，讓葉輪慢(man)慢(man)下(xia)沉至(zhi)泵(beng)體，然后拆下(xia)另外一(yi)半(ban)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)(qi)，拿下(xia)泵(beng)軸(zhou)擋(dang)圈。

　　拆卸吳興機械密封：抓住密封(feng)彈簧順著泵(beng)軸往上提，就能拆下來(lai)了(le)。

　　拆(chai)卸并清洗軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)座(zuo)：先(xian)輕輕松動一下軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)座(zuo)后用(yong)拆(chai)卸螺栓(shuan)頂起(qi)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)座(zuo)，并且沿著泵軸(zhou)(zhou)往上提而卸下，再用(yong)噴氣燃料清洗軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)及(ji)座(zuo)，裝前晾干并涂抹少許20號機(ji)械油用(yong)來潤滑保護。

　　拆密封(feng)(feng)座：擰下密封(feng)(feng)座壓緊螺母，輕輕卸下密封(feng)(feng)座并清洗。

　　吳興機械密封裝(zhuang)配(pei)(pei)：在動、靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)鏡面上涂一層(ceng)潔凈的20號潤滑(hua)油，導軸承座也抹上潤滑(hua)油，先(xian)把(ba)靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)輕(qing)輕(qing)定(ding)位裝(zhuang)入(ru)導軸承座，再在泵軸上抹上潤滑(hua)油，把(ba)動環(huan)(huan)部(bu)分(fen)輕(qing)輕(qing)裝(zhuang)入(ru)泵軸上，用手輕(qing)推密封(feng)環(huan)(huan)應能伸縮(suo)自如，注意動、靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)部(bu)分(fen)的防轉部(bu)位需裝(zhuang)配(pei)(pei)到位。

　　裝(zhuang)(zhuang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)：在(zai)電機軸頭上裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上擋圈，裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上一(yi)半聯(lian)軸器(qi)，再(zai)在(zai)泵(beng)軸端和(he)聯(lian)軸器(qi)槽內(nei)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上擋塊并用梅花扳(ban)手擰緊螺(luo)栓；再(zai)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上另一(yi)半聯(lian)軸器(qi)擰上內(nei)六角螺(luo)釘。安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)正確的檢(jian)查要(yao)求：對分式聯(lian)軸器(qi)上下間隙(xi)需(xu)要(yao)均勻，用手盤動聯(lian)軸器(qi)幾圈檢(jian)查轉(zhuan)動的靈活性。

　　裝(zhuang)密封座：先將密封座裝(zhuang)入(ru)橡膠油封，再(zai)把密封座裝(zhuang)入(ru)泵蓋(gai)(gai)并壓(ya)在軸(zhou)承座上，擰緊(jin)螺(luo)母，確保所有安裝(zhuang)螺(luo)釘緊(jin)固。當安裝(zhuang)螺(luo)釘被用作密封與軸(zhou)之(zhi)間的驅(qu)動時(shi)，軸(zhou)應打埋頭孔來(lai)加固連(lian)接，緊(jin)固壓(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)螺(luo)栓時(shi)應該(gai)平穩緊(jin)固，并且(qie)不要使(shi)壓(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)受彈力。在可能的地(di)方(fang)使(shi)用4個(ge)以上螺(luo)釘的等間距壓(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)，緊(jin)固壓(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)螺(luo)栓時(shi)，用塞尺(chi)檢(jian)查軸(zhou)與壓(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)之(zhi)間的間隙(xi)，這在密封腔對(dui)壓(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)不導向(xiang)時(shi)，顯得特別重要，因為壓(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)必須對(dui)中。
