蕭縣機械密封利用(yong)(yong)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)方式傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)(di)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力和(he)(he)(he)(he)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)，機(ji)(ji)械(xie)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)在機(ji)(ji)械(xie)工程(cheng)中應用(yong)(yong)非常(chang)廣泛，有(you)多種形式，主要包括(kuo)皮帶(dai)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、齒(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、鏈傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、蝸(gua)桿蝸(gua)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、齒(chi)輪(lun)齒(chi)條(tiao)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)(he)(he)(he)螺(luo)旋傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等(deng)。齒(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)夠用(yong)(yong)于大功率的(de)場(chang)合，傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比(bi)準(zhun)確(que)，但一般(ban)要求較高的(de)制造(zao)精度(du)和(he)(he)(he)(he)安(an)裝精度(du)。還有(you)一類是靠機(ji)(ji)件間的(de)摩擦(ca)力傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)(di)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力和(he)(he)(he)(he)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)摩擦(ca)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)，包括(kuo)帶(dai)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、繩傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)(he)(he)(he)摩擦(ca)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等(deng)。摩擦(ca)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)容易(yi)實現無級(ji)變速，可以適應軸間距較大的(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)場(chang)合，而過載打滑還能(neng)起到(dao)緩沖和(he)(he)(he)(he)保護傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置(zhi)的(de)作用(yong)(yong)，但這種傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)一般(ban)不能(neng)用(yong)(yong)于大功率的(de)場(chang)合，也不能(neng)保證準(zhun)確(que)的(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比(bi)。

　　傳動形式多，但是蕭縣機械密封的更換工作大同小異，首先拆(chai)前需(xu)確認電機處于檢修狀態(tai)，擰下加油螺塞，用(yong)吸(xi)管把(ba)密封(feng)座腔內的潤滑油吸(xi)出(chu)。準(zhun)備好放(fang)置泵零(ling)件的工作臺及拆(chai)裝工具(ju)，切勿任意亂(luan)放(fang)亂(luan)用(yong)，避免碰壞泵的零(ling)部(bu)件。

　　拆對分(fen)式聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)：先(xian)把聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)的(de)(de)固定內六(liu)角(jiao)螺釘擰下來，再(zai)輕(qing)輕(qing)把聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)的(de)(de)一半(ban)(ban)從軸(zhou)上(shang)慢慢拉(la)下，注意(yi)不(bu)要掉(diao)了，再(zai)用梅花(hua)扳手擰下泵軸(zhou)吊緊螺栓和擋塊，讓葉輪慢慢下沉至泵體(ti)，然后拆下另外一半(ban)(ban)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)，拿下泵軸(zhou)擋圈。

　　拆卸蕭縣機械密封：抓(zhua)住密封(feng)彈簧順著(zhu)泵(beng)軸往上(shang)提，就能拆下來了。

　　拆(chai)卸并(bing)清洗軸承座：先輕(qing)輕(qing)松動一下軸承座后用(yong)拆(chai)卸螺栓頂起軸承座，并(bing)且沿著泵(beng)軸往上提而卸下，再用(yong)噴氣燃料清洗軸承及座，裝前晾干并(bing)涂抹少(shao)許(xu)20號機械油(you)用(yong)來(lai)潤滑保護。

　　拆密封座：擰下密封座壓緊螺母(mu)，輕輕卸下密封座并清洗。

　　蕭縣機械密封裝配：在動(dong)、靜(jing)環鏡面上(shang)涂(tu)一層潔凈(jing)的(de)20號潤滑油，導軸(zhou)承(cheng)座也抹上(shang)潤滑油，先(xian)把(ba)靜(jing)環輕(qing)輕(qing)定位裝入(ru)導軸(zhou)承(cheng)座，再在泵軸(zhou)上(shang)抹上(shang)潤滑油，把(ba)動(dong)環部分輕(qing)輕(qing)裝入(ru)泵軸(zhou)上(shang)，用(yong)手輕(qing)推(tui)密封環應能伸縮自(zi)如，注意動(dong)、靜(jing)環部分的(de)防轉部位需裝配到位。

　　裝(zhuang)(zhuang)聯(lian)(lian)軸器：在電(dian)機軸頭上(shang)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上(shang)擋圈(quan)，裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上(shang)一半(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸器，再在泵(beng)軸端和聯(lian)(lian)軸器槽(cao)內(nei)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上(shang)擋塊并(bing)用(yong)梅(mei)花扳手擰緊螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)；再裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上(shang)另一半(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸器擰上(shang)內(nei)六角螺(luo)(luo)釘。安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)聯(lian)(lian)軸器正確的(de)檢查(cha)要求：對分式(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸器上(shang)下間隙需要均勻，用(yong)手盤動聯(lian)(lian)軸器幾圈(quan)檢查(cha)轉(zhuan)動的(de)靈(ling)活性。

　　裝密封座(zuo)(zuo)：先將密封座(zuo)(zuo)裝入(ru)橡膠油封，再把密封座(zuo)(zuo)裝入(ru)泵蓋(gai)并(bing)壓在(zai)軸(zhou)承(cheng)座(zuo)(zuo)上(shang)，擰緊螺(luo)母，確保所有安裝螺(luo)釘緊固。當安裝螺(luo)釘被用(yong)作(zuo)密封與(yu)軸(zhou)之(zhi)間(jian)的驅動時(shi)，軸(zhou)應打(da)埋頭孔來(lai)加固連(lian)接(jie)，緊固壓蓋(gai)螺(luo)栓時(shi)應該平穩緊固，并(bing)且不要使壓蓋(gai)受彈力(li)。在(zai)可能的地方(fang)使用(yong)4個以上(shang)螺(luo)釘的等(deng)間(jian)距(ju)壓蓋(gai)，緊固壓蓋(gai)螺(luo)栓時(shi)，用(yong)塞尺檢查軸(zhou)與(yu)壓蓋(gai)之(zhi)間(jian)的間(jian)隙，這在(zai)密封腔對壓蓋(gai)不導向時(shi)，顯得特別重要，因為壓蓋(gai)必須對中(zhong)。
