西陵機械密封利用(yong)機械(xie)(xie)方式傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)和(he)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)，機械(xie)(xie)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)在機械(xie)(xie)工程中(zhong)應用(yong)非常廣泛(fan)，有(you)多種形式，主要(yao)包括(kuo)皮帶傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、齒輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、鏈傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、蝸桿蝸輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、齒輪(lun)齒條傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)螺旋(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等。齒輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能(neng)夠用(yong)于(yu)大(da)功率(lv)的(de)(de)場(chang)合，傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比準(zhun)確(que)，但(dan)一般(ban)(ban)要(yao)求較高的(de)(de)制造(zao)精度(du)和(he)安(an)裝精度(du)。還有(you)一類是靠機件間的(de)(de)摩擦力(li)(li)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)和(he)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)摩擦傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)，包括(kuo)帶傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、繩(sheng)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)摩擦輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等。摩擦傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)容易實現無級變(bian)速，可以(yi)適(shi)應軸間距較大(da)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)場(chang)合，而過(guo)載打滑還能(neng)起到(dao)緩沖和(he)保(bao)(bao)護傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置的(de)(de)作用(yong)，但(dan)這種傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)一般(ban)(ban)不能(neng)用(yong)于(yu)大(da)功率(lv)的(de)(de)場(chang)合，也不能(neng)保(bao)(bao)證準(zhun)確(que)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比。

　　傳動形式多，但是西陵機械密封的(de)(de)更換(huan)工(gong)作(zuo)大同小異，首先拆(chai)前需確認電機處于檢修狀(zhuang)態，擰下加油螺塞，用吸(xi)(xi)管把密封座(zuo)腔內的(de)(de)潤(run)滑油吸(xi)(xi)出。準備好放置泵零件的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)臺及拆(chai)裝工(gong)具，切勿(wu)任意亂(luan)(luan)放亂(luan)(luan)用，避免碰壞(huai)泵的(de)(de)零部件。

　　拆對(dui)分式聯軸(zhou)器：先(xian)把(ba)聯軸(zhou)器的(de)固(gu)定內六角螺釘擰下(xia)來，再(zai)輕(qing)輕(qing)把(ba)聯軸(zhou)器的(de)一(yi)半(ban)從軸(zhou)上(shang)慢慢拉下(xia)，注意不要掉了(le)，再(zai)用梅花扳手擰下(xia)泵軸(zhou)吊(diao)緊螺栓(shuan)和(he)擋塊，讓葉輪慢慢下(xia)沉(chen)至(zhi)泵體，然后拆下(xia)另外一(yi)半(ban)聯軸(zhou)器，拿下(xia)泵軸(zhou)擋圈。

　　拆卸西陵機械密封：抓住密封(feng)彈(dan)簧順著泵軸往上提(ti)，就能拆(chai)下來(lai)了(le)。

　　拆卸(xie)并(bing)清洗(xi)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)：先輕輕松動一(yi)下軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)后用拆卸(xie)螺栓頂起軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)，并(bing)且沿著泵軸(zhou)往(wang)上提而(er)卸(xie)下，再(zai)用噴氣(qi)燃料清洗(xi)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)及座(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)，裝(zhuang)前晾干(gan)并(bing)涂(tu)抹(mo)少許20號機械油用來潤滑保(bao)護(hu)。

　　拆密封座(zuo)：擰下密封座(zuo)壓緊(jin)螺母(mu)，輕(qing)輕(qing)卸下密封座(zuo)并清洗。

　　西陵機械密封裝(zhuang)配(pei)：在(zai)動、靜環鏡面上(shang)涂一層潔凈(jing)的(de)20號潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)，導軸(zhou)承(cheng)座也抹(mo)上(shang)潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)，先把靜環輕輕定(ding)位(wei)裝(zhuang)入導軸(zhou)承(cheng)座，再在(zai)泵(beng)軸(zhou)上(shang)抹(mo)上(shang)潤(run)滑(hua)油(you)，把動環部分輕輕裝(zhuang)入泵(beng)軸(zhou)上(shang)，用手(shou)輕推(tui)密封(feng)環應(ying)能伸縮自如，注意動、靜環部分的(de)防轉(zhuan)部位(wei)需裝(zhuang)配(pei)到位(wei)。

　　裝聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器：在(zai)電機軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)頭上(shang)裝上(shang)擋圈，裝上(shang)一半聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器，再在(zai)泵(beng)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)端和聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器槽內(nei)裝上(shang)擋塊并(bing)用梅(mei)花扳手擰緊螺栓；再裝上(shang)另一半聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器擰上(shang)內(nei)六角螺釘。安(an)裝聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器正(zheng)確(que)的檢查要求(qiu)：對分(fen)式聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器上(shang)下間(jian)隙需要均勻，用手盤動(dong)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器幾(ji)圈檢查轉動(dong)的靈活性(xing)。

　　裝(zhuang)(zhuang)密封(feng)(feng)座(zuo)：先將(jiang)密封(feng)(feng)座(zuo)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)入橡膠油(you)封(feng)(feng)，再把(ba)密封(feng)(feng)座(zuo)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)入泵(beng)蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)并(bing)(bing)壓(ya)(ya)在(zai)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)座(zuo)上(shang)，擰緊(jin)(jin)(jin)螺母(mu)，確保(bao)所(suo)有安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)螺釘(ding)緊(jin)(jin)(jin)固(gu)。當安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)螺釘(ding)被(bei)用作密封(feng)(feng)與軸(zhou)(zhou)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)驅動(dong)時(shi)，軸(zhou)(zhou)應打埋頭孔來(lai)加固(gu)連接(jie)，緊(jin)(jin)(jin)固(gu)壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)螺栓(shuan)時(shi)應該平穩(wen)緊(jin)(jin)(jin)固(gu)，并(bing)(bing)且不(bu)(bu)要(yao)使壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)受(shou)彈(dan)力。在(zai)可(ke)能(neng)的(de)(de)地方使用4個以(yi)上(shang)螺釘(ding)的(de)(de)等(deng)間(jian)距壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)，緊(jin)(jin)(jin)固(gu)壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)螺栓(shuan)時(shi)，用塞尺檢查(cha)軸(zhou)(zhou)與壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)間(jian)隙，這在(zai)密封(feng)(feng)腔對(dui)(dui)壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)不(bu)(bu)導向時(shi)，顯得(de)特別重要(yao)，因為壓(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)必須對(dui)(dui)中。
