興城機械密封利用(yong)(yong)(yong)機械(xie)方式傳(chuan)(chuan)遞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力和(he)(he)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)，機械(xie)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)在機械(xie)工程中應用(yong)(yong)(yong)非常廣泛，有(you)多種形式，主要包(bao)括(kuo)皮帶傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、齒輪(lun)(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、鏈傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、蝸桿蝸輪(lun)(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、齒輪(lun)(lun)齒條(tiao)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)(he)螺旋傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等(deng)。齒輪(lun)(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能夠用(yong)(yong)(yong)于大(da)功(gong)率(lv)的(de)(de)場合，傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比準確(que)，但一般要求較高的(de)(de)制造精度和(he)(he)安裝精度。還(huan)有(you)一類是靠機件間的(de)(de)摩(mo)擦力傳(chuan)(chuan)遞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力和(he)(he)運動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)摩(mo)擦傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)，包(bao)括(kuo)帶傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、繩傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)(he)摩(mo)擦輪(lun)(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等(deng)。摩(mo)擦傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)容易實現(xian)無級變速，可以適(shi)應軸間距較大(da)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)場合，而過(guo)載打滑還(huan)能起到緩沖和(he)(he)保護傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置的(de)(de)作用(yong)(yong)(yong)，但這種傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)一般不能用(yong)(yong)(yong)于大(da)功(gong)率(lv)的(de)(de)場合，也(ye)不能保證準確(que)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比。

　　傳動形式多，但是興城機械密封的更換工作(zuo)大同(tong)小異，首(shou)先拆前需確認電機處于(yu)檢(jian)修狀態，擰下加油螺塞，用吸管把密封座腔內的潤滑油吸出。準備好放置泵零件(jian)的工作(zuo)臺及(ji)拆裝(zhuang)工具，切(qie)勿任意亂(luan)放亂(luan)用，避免碰(peng)壞泵的零部件(jian)。

　　拆對分式聯軸器(qi)：先把(ba)聯軸器(qi)的固(gu)定(ding)內六角螺(luo)釘擰下(xia)(xia)來，再輕輕把(ba)聯軸器(qi)的一(yi)半(ban)從(cong)軸上慢慢拉下(xia)(xia)，注意不要掉了(le)，再用梅花扳手擰下(xia)(xia)泵(beng)軸吊緊螺(luo)栓(shuan)和擋塊，讓葉輪慢慢下(xia)(xia)沉至泵(beng)體，然后拆下(xia)(xia)另(ling)外(wai)一(yi)半(ban)聯軸器(qi)，拿下(xia)(xia)泵(beng)軸擋圈(quan)。

　　拆卸興城機械密封：抓住密(mi)封彈簧(huang)順著泵軸往(wang)上提，就能拆下(xia)來了。

　　拆(chai)卸(xie)并(bing)清洗軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)座：先輕輕松動一下軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)座后用拆(chai)卸(xie)螺栓頂(ding)起軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)座，并(bing)且沿著泵軸(zhou)(zhou)往上提而卸(xie)下，再用噴氣燃料清洗軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)及(ji)座，裝前晾干并(bing)涂抹少許20號機械油用來潤滑保護。

　　拆密封座：擰下(xia)密封座壓緊(jin)螺母，輕(qing)輕(qing)卸下(xia)密封座并(bing)清(qing)洗。

　　興城機械密封裝(zhuang)配：在動(dong)、靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)鏡(jing)面上(shang)涂一層潔凈的(de)20號潤(run)(run)滑(hua)(hua)油，導軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo)也抹上(shang)潤(run)(run)滑(hua)(hua)油，先把(ba)(ba)靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)輕(qing)輕(qing)定位(wei)裝(zhuang)入導軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo)，再在泵(beng)軸(zhou)上(shang)抹上(shang)潤(run)(run)滑(hua)(hua)油，把(ba)(ba)動(dong)環(huan)(huan)部(bu)分輕(qing)輕(qing)裝(zhuang)入泵(beng)軸(zhou)上(shang)，用手輕(qing)推(tui)密封環(huan)(huan)應能伸縮自(zi)如(ru)，注意動(dong)、靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)部(bu)分的(de)防轉部(bu)位(wei)需裝(zhuang)配到位(wei)。

　　裝(zhuang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)：在(zai)電機軸頭上裝(zhuang)上擋(dang)圈，裝(zhuang)上一(yi)半聯(lian)軸器(qi)，再在(zai)泵(beng)軸端和聯(lian)軸器(qi)槽內(nei)裝(zhuang)上擋(dang)塊并用(yong)(yong)梅花扳(ban)手擰緊螺(luo)栓；再裝(zhuang)上另一(yi)半聯(lian)軸器(qi)擰上內(nei)六角(jiao)螺(luo)釘。安裝(zhuang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)正確(que)的檢查(cha)要(yao)求：對(dui)分(fen)式聯(lian)軸器(qi)上下(xia)間(jian)隙需要(yao)均勻，用(yong)(yong)手盤動(dong)聯(lian)軸器(qi)幾圈檢查(cha)轉動(dong)的靈(ling)活性。

　　裝(zhuang)密封(feng)(feng)座(zuo)：先(xian)將(jiang)密封(feng)(feng)座(zuo)裝(zhuang)入(ru)橡膠油(you)封(feng)(feng)，再把密封(feng)(feng)座(zuo)裝(zhuang)入(ru)泵蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)并壓在軸承座(zuo)上(shang)，擰緊(jin)(jin)螺(luo)(luo)母，確保所有安裝(zhuang)螺(luo)(luo)釘(ding)緊(jin)(jin)固。當安裝(zhuang)螺(luo)(luo)釘(ding)被(bei)用(yong)作密封(feng)(feng)與軸之(zhi)間的驅動時，軸應打埋頭(tou)孔來(lai)加固連接，緊(jin)(jin)固壓蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)時應該平穩緊(jin)(jin)固，并且不要(yao)使(shi)壓蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)受彈力。在可能的地方使(shi)用(yong)4個以(yi)上(shang)螺(luo)(luo)釘(ding)的等間距(ju)壓蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)，緊(jin)(jin)固壓蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)時，用(yong)塞尺檢查(cha)軸與壓蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)之(zhi)間的間隙，這在密封(feng)(feng)腔對(dui)壓蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)不導向時，顯(xian)得特別(bie)重(zhong)要(yao)，因為壓蓋(gai)(gai)(gai)必須對(dui)中。
