伊犁機械密封利用(yong)(yong)機(ji)械(xie)方式(shi)傳(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力和運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)，機(ji)械(xie)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)在機(ji)械(xie)工程中應(ying)用(yong)(yong)非常廣泛，有多種形式(shi)，主要包括皮帶(dai)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、齒(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、鏈傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、蝸桿蝸輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、齒(chi)輪(lun)齒(chi)條傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和螺旋傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等。齒(chi)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能夠用(yong)(yong)于大(da)功(gong)率的(de)場合，傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比準確(que)(que)，但一般(ban)要求較高的(de)制造精度和安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)精度。還有一類是靠機(ji)件間的(de)摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)力傳(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力和運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)，包括帶(dai)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、繩(sheng)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等。摩(mo)(mo)擦(ca)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)容易實(shi)現無級變速，可以適(shi)應(ying)軸(zhou)間距較大(da)的(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)場合，而過載打滑還能起到緩沖和保(bao)護(hu)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置的(de)作用(yong)(yong)，但這種傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)一般(ban)不能用(yong)(yong)于大(da)功(gong)率的(de)場合，也不能保(bao)證準確(que)(que)的(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比。

　　傳動形式多，但是伊犁機械密封的(de)更換工作(zuo)大同小異，首先拆前需確認電機處(chu)于檢修狀態(tai)，擰(ning)下加油螺塞(sai)，用吸(xi)管把密封座腔內的(de)潤滑油吸(xi)出(chu)。準備好(hao)放置泵零(ling)件的(de)工作(zuo)臺(tai)及拆裝工具，切勿任意亂放亂用，避免碰壞泵的(de)零(ling)部件。

　　拆對分式聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)：先把聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)的固定(ding)內六角螺釘擰下(xia)(xia)來，再(zai)輕輕把聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)的一(yi)半(ban)從軸上慢(man)慢(man)拉(la)下(xia)(xia)，注意不要掉了，再(zai)用梅花(hua)扳(ban)手擰下(xia)(xia)泵軸吊緊螺栓和擋塊，讓葉輪慢(man)慢(man)下(xia)(xia)沉(chen)至泵體(ti)，然后拆下(xia)(xia)另外一(yi)半(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)，拿(na)下(xia)(xia)泵軸擋圈。

　　拆卸伊犁機械密封：抓(zhua)住密封彈簧順(shun)著泵(beng)軸往上提(ti)，就能拆下(xia)來了(le)。

　　拆卸并(bing)(bing)清洗(xi)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座：先輕(qing)輕(qing)松動一(yi)下軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座后(hou)用(yong)(yong)拆卸螺(luo)栓頂起軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座，并(bing)(bing)且沿著泵軸(zhou)(zhou)往上提而卸下，再(zai)用(yong)(yong)噴氣燃(ran)料清洗(xi)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)及(ji)座，裝前晾干(gan)并(bing)(bing)涂抹(mo)少許(xu)20號(hao)機械油用(yong)(yong)來潤滑(hua)保護。

　　拆密封(feng)座：擰下密封(feng)座壓緊螺母，輕輕卸下密封(feng)座并清(qing)洗(xi)。

　　伊犁機械密封裝配：在動(dong)、靜(jing)環(huan)鏡面(mian)上涂一(yi)層潔(jie)凈的(de)20號潤滑油(you)，導(dao)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo)也抹(mo)上潤滑油(you)，先把靜(jing)環(huan)輕(qing)輕(qing)定位裝入導(dao)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo)，再在泵(beng)軸(zhou)上抹(mo)上潤滑油(you)，把動(dong)環(huan)部(bu)分輕(qing)輕(qing)裝入泵(beng)軸(zhou)上，用手(shou)輕(qing)推(tui)密封環(huan)應能伸(shen)縮自如(ru)，注(zhu)意動(dong)、靜(jing)環(huan)部(bu)分的(de)防(fang)轉部(bu)位需裝配到位。

　　裝聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)：在(zai)電機軸(zhou)(zhou)頭上(shang)裝上(shang)擋(dang)圈，裝上(shang)一(yi)半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)，再在(zai)泵(beng)軸(zhou)(zhou)端和聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)槽內裝上(shang)擋(dang)塊并用梅花扳手(shou)(shou)擰緊螺(luo)栓；再裝上(shang)另(ling)一(yi)半聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)擰上(shang)內六角螺(luo)釘。安裝聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)正確的檢查(cha)要求：對分(fen)式聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)上(shang)下間隙需要均勻，用手(shou)(shou)盤動聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)幾圈檢查(cha)轉動的靈活性。

　　裝密(mi)封(feng)(feng)座(zuo)：先將密(mi)封(feng)(feng)座(zuo)裝入橡膠油封(feng)(feng)，再把密(mi)封(feng)(feng)座(zuo)裝入泵(beng)蓋(gai)(gai)并壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)在(zai)軸承(cheng)座(zuo)上(shang)，擰(ning)緊(jin)螺(luo)母，確保所有安(an)裝螺(luo)釘緊(jin)固(gu)。當安(an)裝螺(luo)釘被用(yong)(yong)作密(mi)封(feng)(feng)與(yu)軸之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)驅動時(shi)，軸應打埋頭孔來加固(gu)連(lian)接，緊(jin)固(gu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)螺(luo)栓時(shi)應該平穩緊(jin)固(gu)，并且不要使壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)受(shou)彈力。在(zai)可能的(de)(de)地方使用(yong)(yong)4個以上(shang)螺(luo)釘的(de)(de)等間(jian)(jian)距(ju)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)，緊(jin)固(gu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)螺(luo)栓時(shi)，用(yong)(yong)塞(sai)尺(chi)檢查軸與(yu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)間(jian)(jian)隙(xi)，這在(zai)密(mi)封(feng)(feng)腔(qiang)對(dui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)不導向時(shi)，顯(xian)得特別重要，因為壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)(gai)必(bi)須對(dui)中。
