　　傳動形式多，但是中陽機械密封的更換工作大同小異，首先拆(chai)前需確認電機處于檢(jian)修狀態，擰下加油螺塞，用吸管把密封座腔(qiang)內的潤滑油吸出。準備(bei)好放置(zhi)泵零(ling)件的工作臺及拆(chai)裝工具，切(qie)勿任意亂放亂用，避免碰壞泵的零(ling)部件。

　　拆對分式聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器：先(xian)把聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器的固定內六(liu)角(jiao)螺(luo)釘(ding)擰下(xia)(xia)來，再輕輕把聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器的一(yi)半從軸(zhou)(zhou)上慢慢拉下(xia)(xia)，注意不要掉了，再用梅花(hua)扳手(shou)擰下(xia)(xia)泵軸(zhou)(zhou)吊(diao)緊螺(luo)栓和(he)擋(dang)塊，讓葉輪慢慢下(xia)(xia)沉(chen)至泵體，然后拆下(xia)(xia)另(ling)外一(yi)半聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器，拿下(xia)(xia)泵軸(zhou)(zhou)擋(dang)圈。

　　拆卸中陽機械密封：抓住密封彈簧順(shun)著泵軸(zhou)往上提，就能拆下來了(le)。

　　拆卸(xie)并清(qing)洗軸(zhou)承座：先輕(qing)輕(qing)松動(dong)一下(xia)(xia)軸(zhou)承座后用拆卸(xie)螺栓頂起軸(zhou)承座，并且沿(yan)著泵軸(zhou)往上提而卸(xie)下(xia)(xia)，再用噴氣燃(ran)料清(qing)洗軸(zhou)承及(ji)座，裝前晾(liang)干(gan)并涂(tu)抹少許20號機械油(you)用來(lai)潤滑(hua)保(bao)護。

　　拆密封(feng)(feng)座：擰(ning)下密封(feng)(feng)座壓緊(jin)螺(luo)母，輕(qing)輕(qing)卸下密封(feng)(feng)座并(bing)清洗。

　　中陽機械密封裝(zhuang)配：在動(dong)、靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)(huan)鏡面上(shang)(shang)涂(tu)一層潔凈(jing)的(de)20號潤(run)滑(hua)油，導(dao)軸(zhou)承(cheng)座也抹(mo)上(shang)(shang)潤(run)滑(hua)油，先(xian)把靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)(huan)輕輕定位裝(zhuang)入(ru)導(dao)軸(zhou)承(cheng)座，再在泵軸(zhou)上(shang)(shang)抹(mo)上(shang)(shang)潤(run)滑(hua)油，把動(dong)環(huan)(huan)(huan)部分輕輕裝(zhuang)入(ru)泵軸(zhou)上(shang)(shang)，用手輕推密(mi)封環(huan)(huan)(huan)應(ying)能伸縮(suo)自如(ru)，注意動(dong)、靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)(huan)部分的(de)防(fang)轉部位需裝(zhuang)配到(dao)位。

　　裝(zhuang)(zhuang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)：在電機軸(zhou)頭上(shang)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上(shang)擋圈(quan)，裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上(shang)一半(ban)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)，再在泵(beng)軸(zhou)端和聯軸(zhou)器(qi)槽內(nei)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上(shang)擋塊(kuai)并用梅花扳手擰緊螺(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)；再裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上(shang)另(ling)一半(ban)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)擰上(shang)內(nei)六角螺(luo)(luo)釘。安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)正確的(de)(de)檢(jian)查(cha)(cha)要(yao)求：對分式聯軸(zhou)器(qi)上(shang)下間隙需要(yao)均勻，用手盤動聯軸(zhou)器(qi)幾圈(quan)檢(jian)查(cha)(cha)轉動的(de)(de)靈活性。

　　裝(zhuang)密封(feng)座(zuo)(zuo)：先將密封(feng)座(zuo)(zuo)裝(zhuang)入(ru)橡(xiang)膠油封(feng)，再把密封(feng)座(zuo)(zuo)裝(zhuang)入(ru)泵(beng)蓋(gai)并壓(ya)(ya)(ya)在(zai)軸(zhou)(zhou)承座(zuo)(zuo)上，擰緊(jin)螺母，確保所(suo)有安裝(zhuang)螺釘緊(jin)固。當安裝(zhuang)螺釘被用作密封(feng)與(yu)軸(zhou)(zhou)之間(jian)的驅(qu)動時(shi)，軸(zhou)(zhou)應(ying)打(da)埋頭(tou)孔來(lai)加固連接，緊(jin)固壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)螺栓(shuan)時(shi)應(ying)該(gai)平(ping)穩緊(jin)固，并且不要使壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)受(shou)彈力。在(zai)可能(neng)的地(di)方使用4個以(yi)上螺釘的等(deng)間(jian)距壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)，緊(jin)固壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)螺栓(shuan)時(shi)，用塞尺檢查軸(zhou)(zhou)與(yu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)之間(jian)的間(jian)隙，這在(zai)密封(feng)腔對壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)不導向(xiang)時(shi)，顯得特別重要，因為壓(ya)(ya)(ya)蓋(gai)必須對中。
