永嘉機械密封利用機(ji)械(xie)方式(shi)傳(chuan)(chuan)遞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力和(he)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)，機(ji)械(xie)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)在(zai)機(ji)械(xie)工程中應用非常廣泛，有多(duo)種形(xing)式(shi)，主要包括(kuo)(kuo)皮(pi)帶(dai)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、齒輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、鏈傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、蝸桿蝸輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、齒輪(lun)齒條傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)螺旋(xuan)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等。齒輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)能夠用于大(da)功率的(de)(de)場(chang)(chang)合(he)，傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比準確，但一(yi)般要求較高的(de)(de)制(zhi)造(zao)精度和(he)安(an)裝精度。還(huan)有一(yi)類(lei)是靠機(ji)件間(jian)的(de)(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)力傳(chuan)(chuan)遞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)力和(he)運(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)，包括(kuo)(kuo)帶(dai)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)、繩傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和(he)摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)輪(lun)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等。摩(mo)擦(ca)(ca)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)容(rong)易實現無(wu)級(ji)變(bian)速，可以適(shi)應軸間(jian)距較大(da)的(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)場(chang)(chang)合(he)，而過載打滑還(huan)能起(qi)到(dao)緩沖和(he)保護傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置的(de)(de)作(zuo)用，但這(zhe)種傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)一(yi)般不能用于大(da)功率的(de)(de)場(chang)(chang)合(he)，也(ye)不能保證準確的(de)(de)傳(chuan)(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)比。

　　傳動形式多，但是永嘉機械密封的(de)更(geng)換(huan)工(gong)作大(da)同小異，首先(xian)拆(chai)前(qian)需確認電(dian)機(ji)處于檢(jian)修狀態，擰下加油螺塞，用吸(xi)管(guan)把密(mi)封座腔內的(de)潤滑油吸(xi)出。準備好放(fang)置泵零件的(de)工(gong)作臺及拆(chai)裝工(gong)具，切(qie)勿任意(yi)亂放(fang)亂用，避免碰壞(huai)泵的(de)零部件。

　　拆對分(fen)式聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)：先把(ba)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)的固定內六角螺釘擰(ning)下(xia)(xia)來，再輕輕把(ba)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)的一半(ban)從軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)上(shang)慢(man)慢(man)拉(la)下(xia)(xia)，注意不要掉了，再用(yong)梅花扳手擰(ning)下(xia)(xia)泵(beng)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)吊緊螺栓和擋(dang)塊，讓葉輪(lun)慢(man)慢(man)下(xia)(xia)沉至(zhi)泵(beng)體，然后(hou)拆下(xia)(xia)另(ling)外一半(ban)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)，拿(na)下(xia)(xia)泵(beng)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)擋(dang)圈。

　　拆卸永嘉機械密封：抓住密(mi)封彈(dan)簧順著泵軸往(wang)上提(ti)，就能拆下(xia)來了。

　　拆(chai)卸(xie)并(bing)清洗(xi)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo)：先輕輕松(song)動一下(xia)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo)后用拆(chai)卸(xie)螺栓頂起(qi)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo)，并(bing)且沿著泵軸(zhou)往(wang)上(shang)提而卸(xie)下(xia)，再(zai)用噴(pen)氣燃料清洗(xi)軸(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)及座(zuo)，裝(zhuang)前晾干并(bing)涂(tu)抹少許20號機械油用來(lai)潤(run)滑保護。

　　拆密封(feng)座：擰下(xia)密封(feng)座壓(ya)緊螺母，輕輕卸下(xia)密封(feng)座并清(qing)洗。

　　永嘉機械密封裝(zhuang)配：在動(dong)(dong)(dong)、靜(jing)(jing)環(huan)鏡面(mian)上(shang)涂一層(ceng)潔凈的20號潤滑(hua)油(you)(you)，導(dao)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo)也(ye)抹(mo)上(shang)潤滑(hua)油(you)(you)，先把靜(jing)(jing)環(huan)輕(qing)輕(qing)定位裝(zhuang)入導(dao)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)座(zuo)，再在泵軸(zhou)(zhou)上(shang)抹(mo)上(shang)潤滑(hua)油(you)(you)，把動(dong)(dong)(dong)環(huan)部分輕(qing)輕(qing)裝(zhuang)入泵軸(zhou)(zhou)上(shang)，用手輕(qing)推密封(feng)環(huan)應能伸縮自如，注意動(dong)(dong)(dong)、靜(jing)(jing)環(huan)部分的防轉部位需裝(zhuang)配到位。

　　裝(zhuang)(zhuang)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)：在電機軸頭(tou)上(shang)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上(shang)擋圈，裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上(shang)一半(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)，再(zai)在泵軸端和聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)槽內裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上(shang)擋塊并用(yong)梅花扳手(shou)擰(ning)緊(jin)螺栓；再(zai)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)上(shang)另(ling)一半(ban)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)擰(ning)上(shang)內六(liu)角螺釘(ding)。安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)正確(que)的(de)檢(jian)查(cha)(cha)要求：對分式(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)上(shang)下間隙需(xu)要均勻，用(yong)手(shou)盤動(dong)聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)幾圈檢(jian)查(cha)(cha)轉動(dong)的(de)靈活(huo)性(xing)。

　　裝(zhuang)(zhuang)密(mi)(mi)封(feng)座：先將密(mi)(mi)封(feng)座裝(zhuang)(zhuang)入(ru)橡膠油封(feng)，再把密(mi)(mi)封(feng)座裝(zhuang)(zhuang)入(ru)泵蓋并(bing)壓在軸(zhou)承座上(shang)，擰緊螺(luo)(luo)母，確(que)保所有安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)螺(luo)(luo)釘(ding)緊固(gu)。當安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)螺(luo)(luo)釘(ding)被用(yong)(yong)作密(mi)(mi)封(feng)與(yu)軸(zhou)之間(jian)的驅動時(shi)(shi)，軸(zhou)應打埋(mai)頭孔來(lai)加固(gu)連接，緊固(gu)壓蓋螺(luo)(luo)栓時(shi)(shi)應該平穩(wen)緊固(gu)，并(bing)且不要使(shi)壓蓋受彈(dan)力。在可(ke)能(neng)的地方使(shi)用(yong)(yong)4個以上(shang)螺(luo)(luo)釘(ding)的等間(jian)距壓蓋，緊固(gu)壓蓋螺(luo)(luo)栓時(shi)(shi)，用(yong)(yong)塞尺檢(jian)查軸(zhou)與(yu)壓蓋之間(jian)的間(jian)隙，這在密(mi)(mi)封(feng)腔對(dui)壓蓋不導(dao)向時(shi)(shi)，顯(xian)得特別(bie)重要，因為(wei)壓蓋必須對(dui)中。
